I recently had to have my well water tested while selling my home. From start to finish the entire staff were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, appointments were set up efficiently which included photos of the technicians coming to my home! They were prompt and extremely professional! The office staff were also outstanding! Can’t thank them all enough for walking me through the entire process and getting the water tested for my closing! Fantastic service. After another company came out and just tried to sell me a 2nd system I called radata. They came out and did the exact diagnostics I wanted and spoke knowledgeably with me about all the options I have for remediation.

The appointment was set a while ago for yesterday and the specialist, Derek was sharp as a razor blade. The fan system hook up and functional equipment were installed, tested and fully running in about an hour. We went through the whole hints and tips for proper operation and maintenance. Derek did an excellent field job and in answering all my questions. So far, the continuous Ra monitoring did showed a tenfold drop in just hours. Will use the included Ra test dish to verify reading accuracy after 48 hours. Thankful for a great, reliable and clean service.
