We have used RW Data for our arsenic removal. Spoke with several but we chose the right company. From beginning to end of the project we were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism. We had an issue with a filter - called - they responded. This is why we gave it a 5.

The water softener was installed by RA Data before I bought the house, so I can’t speak to the installation. However, I’ve used them every year for the annual maintenance and have had exactly 0 problems since I moved in. I really appreciate the GPS tracker once the technician is on their way, and every technician that’s stopped by has been nothing but cordial and helpful. I have 2 issues with the company, which is why I knocked off a star: 1. Their service fee covers a half an hour of labor. Perfectly reasonable and enough time to do the annual service work. However, if your technician is chatty, or you ask too many questions about the system while they’re at your house, you will get charged for it. Not saying this is unreasonable…time is money. But I wish that they were a bit more upfront with it when I booked the appointment. 2. The water test for pH & Total Coliform used to be $80 total, which was pretty expensive at the time, but now in 2026 it’s $130. Something about that doesn’t feel right. Unless there’s something extra special about the test that I’m unaware of, you can get kits to test this yourself for less than half the price. Either they are massively upcharging, or they should make clear why they’re $130 test is better than a do it yourself test, and give you the option to take it off to save some money.

They deserve a 10 for very good service. The technician, Dan, was very knowledgeable and very polite and professional.
